If you’ve been thinking about incorporating yoga into your busy schedule, this challenge will help you maintain a regular practice with private classes that inform your practice and help you become more regular in taking care of your health! We will come to you 3-4 days a week and get you ready for a continued home practice!
Committing to 21 days of yoga is the first step in this challenge, one that will require you to prioritize fitting yoga into your daily routine for each day of this challenge.
Other than our sessions together you will commit to a shorter home practice that you help design!

Learn to breath with your movements, and start to notice how the regular classes affect your breath and your mood throughout your day.

A daily yoga and meditation practice can do wonders to the way that you experience your every day life. If you stick with this practice after the challenge ends, you may start to experience that it lengthens the enjoyment, the energy, and the comfort that you experience within each day.
